As pairings go, it’s hard to imagine anything more idyllic than a mid-summer evening and a slow, intimate dinner backdropped by a vineyard.

In Ontario, thanks to cool climes, complex soil structures shaped by glaciers and the passion and ingenuity of chefs and winemakers, such experiences are possible. This summer, as a part of the Visa Infinite Dining Series, two wineries located in two of the province’s most celebrated wine regions will host one chef-curated dining experience that marries sun-ripened regional produce with the creations of some of Canada’s most revered winemakers. Each multi-course dinner is a one-off event exclusive to Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders.

And so, as you tick off campfires, boat rides, outdoor festivals and other summer traditions from your list, be sure your calendar includes a vine-to-table evening so pleasurable, memories of it will keep you warm all winter long.
