If you’re lucky enough to have spent time in British Columbia’s southern interior, you’ll know that summer lasts longer here than in other parts of the country.

In honour and celebration of this good fortune, the chefs and winemakers of three notable wineries set on the sunbathed benches of the Okanagan have collaborated with guest chefs and local purveyors as a part of the Visa Infinite Dining Series. Each property will host just one, multi-course dining experience exclusive to Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Priveledge cardholders. Imagine: a plein air feast where each sumptuous dish is paired with the perfect pour.

And so, after a season of road trips, weekend getaways, cabin rentals and backyard barbecues, know you can extend the joy of summer traditions well into September, winding up the season in style at one of these gourmet, dine-among-the-vines events.

Phantom Creek EstatesPhantom Creek Estates

Elegant, indulgent, and with giant, winged, marble statues to welcome you, the spectacular Phantom Creek Estates opened its doors in June of 2020 (yes, that year) and has been wowing guests of Black Sage Bench in the South Okanagan ever since. For this epic but intimate dinner, Chef Alessa Valdez (who has graced the kitchens of Toronto’s Canoe and Buca Yorkville) will collaborate with Chef Roger Ma of Vancouver’s Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar. Together, they will create a series of beautifully presented dishes that taste even better than they look. (Is it possible?) Menu and pairings to be led by Boulevard’s Sommelier JP Potters; a private tour of the barrel cellar precedes the feast.

Date: September 24
Time: 6:00 p.m.
