In partnership with New York-based Virserius Studios, the gorgeous full remodel of 3,033 rooms in both The Chelsea and Boulevard Tower has been completed.
Guests will be treated to an entirely new experience. Rooms now feature modern artwork, clean textiles, statement wall coverings, improved lighting, user-friendly technology and a more energy-conscious design.

The Wraparound Terrace Suites and City Rooms & Suites emulate the residential feel of an urban penthouse, featuring neutral colors with bright accents. Eye-catching details include reflective finishes enhanced by dramatic lighting and plush fabrics enriched with playful patterns. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with tablets that allow guests to book restaurant and spa reservations, purchase show tickets, order room service, schedule wake-up calls, access thousands of e-newspapers and magazines and include automated lighting and temperature adjustments.

Meet Rose, The Resident Chatbot
The Cosmopolitan's SMS-based chat-bot has transformed from a keyboard-based robot to an "A.I. and Natural Language Processing-based" bot. Rose is self-described as a "mischief maker" who never checks out. Rose now offers additional tour experiences to guide guests in their exploration of the resort from obscure, off-the-menu items and nightlife recommendations to a full “24-Hours at The Cosmopolitan” itinerary.
Identity Rewards members also have the convenience of communicating with Rose to deliver their personalized status and promotional offers, all via SMS-texting. From check-in to check-out, Rose makes the entire experience easier, more enjoyable and more convenient than ever before.
WiFi upgrade
We all need to connect. The Cosmopolitan has a new and improved WiFi network. Complimentary, premium WiFi can now be accessed by all hotel and non-hotel guests. The new system provides the fastest network on the Strip.
Endless entertainment
All refreshed guest rooms now feature 65-inch Samsung TVs with Hulu, YouTube, Pandora and Crackle, personal Bluetooth connectivity and—you guessed it—Netflix.
