We love this round towel because it reminds us of a mandala. Located on ancient trade routes, Bali was influenced by many cultures but especially Indian, Chinese and Hindu. Mandala translates from Sanskrit to “circle” and Balinese Hinduism is deeply woven into the island, as evidenced by thousands of temples that dot the island.
