Common questions about the box
I'm in Canada. Am I going to pay duty or customs fees?
No. We are located in British Columbia and all of our boxes are packed and shipped with love from our warehouse in New Westminster.
Is the price in Canadian or US dollars?
Unlike many of the popular subscription boxes you see in your social media feeds, the Experience the World box is priced in your local currency. No need to worry about that exchange rate!
Is shipping included?
Yes. The $88 includes shipping within Canada and the United States. Taxes will be added.
When can I expect my box?
Boxes are shipped in March, June, September, and December
When will I be billed for my next box?
You have two subscription choices: $88 per season or $36 per month (plus applicable taxes). You will be billed automatically every 90 or 30 days, respectively. Your card will be automatically processed unless you cancel.
Please note that the monthly payment option does not mean you will receive a box each month. With either payment option, you will receive a total of four Experience the World boxes per year.
Is every box the same?
Because each box has hand-selected items, variations can occur. You may, for example, get a different colour product than your friend, but all boxes will have the same items and value.
How do I return the box?
If you're not happy with your Experience the World box, please contact us. For a full refund, you must notify us within seven days of receiving your box, and must ship it back with all its original items in unused condition. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. Return box must be received within 30 days of its original receipt.
