Washington Square is one of Oregon’s premier and largest indoor shopping centres featuring highly desired and new-to-market retailers. It is situated in Tigard, minutes away from downtown Portland.

With five anchor stores, including Nordstrom (the largest in Oregon), Macy's, jcpenney, Sears and Dick’s Sporting Goods, there are also over 170 specialty stores and restaurants onsite. Retailers include True Religion Brand Jeans, H&M, Apple, Sephora, Pottery Barn Kids and Williams-Sonoma.

Amenities within the mall include carpeted soft seating areas, family restrooms, soft-play area for children and free wifi at the Summit Food Court.

For out-of-town visitors, the mall is offering a “Shopping & Dining Visitor Rewards” coupon book. Travellers only need to show their identification (driver’s licence, passport, etc.) at guest services to receive the booklet that is filled with special discounts amounting to a savings value of US $350.

Embassy Suites Portland – Washington Square’s “Shop Till You Drop” promotion includes complimentary shuttle service to and from Washington Square, canvas tote bag, US $20 gift card for use at Washington Square, cooked-to-order breakfast and nightly beverages and snacks at the Manager’s Reception. The Grand Hotel at Bridgeport’s “Bridgeport Village Shopping Package” features a free “shopper’s survival kit”, shuttle service, US $25 Bridgeport Village gift card and hot breakfast buffet. Both packages are valid only with a minimum one-night stay.

Washington Square is actively involved with community projects ranging from hosting two American Red Cross blood donation drives annually to providing a mall-walking program managed by Meridian Park Medical Center. In addition, employees volunteer at local organizations including The Oregon Food Bank and Northwest Children’s Outreach.
